The services offered by DESFA concerning the operation and maintenance of distribution networks (middle or low pressure) look towards the smooth and uninterrupted supply to the consumers as well as maintaining the facilities, systems, equipment, and materials of the distribution networks in a state of functionality in order to serve their purpose safely under the restrictions and conditions of the distribution licenses described in the Ministerial Decision of the Minister of Development issued in compliance to paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 21 of Law 3428/2005.
