- Manage purchase orders on SAP/R3 (opening orders, identification, update, etc).
- Support in the process of receiving projects (temporary and / or final) as well as in the integration transactions process for the EU-funded Projects.
- Breakdown of annual budget of projects and the budget proposals for the Public Investment Program.
- Analysis and update of the project datasheets.
- Support procedures for handling complaints, objections, etc.
- Recommendations for managing contractor claims and/or suppliers, as well as during a friendly arrangement.
- Issue of certification of previous employment / experience / backlog etc.
- Contract Management support (Project Manager).
