APPLICATION for the RESERVATION of FUTURE CAPACITY AT NEW EXIT POINT OF THE NATIONAL NATURAL GAS SYSTEM AT KAVALA AREA
In accordance with article 95B of the Gas Network Code we submit to public consultation a summary of the above application and invite, within a two month period, i.e. until 27 December 2017, any interested party with legal interest to submit in writing their views, as well as any interested party to submit an Application for the reservation of future capacity related to the application under evaluation

DESFA publishes a draft Application for Future Capacity Reservation that is subject to the approval of the Regulatory Authority for Energy (art. 95D par. 2 of NNGS Network Code as valid and art. 68 par. 2a of Law 4001/2011).
The Fee for Application for Future Capacity Reservation as started in par. 6&7 of art. 95A of NNGS Network code is submitted to DESFA via bank deposit in the account that DESFA will designate to the Users. As justification for the deposit applicant should write “ΤΑΔΜ” and the Trade name of the applicant. The proof of deposit should also be attached to the application.
