Taking into account the obligations of DESFA SA as an Independent Transmission Operator defined by the European Directive 2009/73/EC, Regulation (EC) no. 715/2009 and Law. 4001/2011 (GGA ‘179), as applicable, the Compliance Officer of DESFA conducted a compliance guide named “Guide to IDEA of DESFA”.
The above guide is addressed to the management and all DESFA SA employees. It is important for those involved with duties under the above framework for the operation of gas markets to understand how and why they choose to act on non-compliance issues. This particular guide describes how it is necessary to act everyone involved to achieve compliance.
