For the good, reliable, secure and cost effective operation of the LNG Facility, the Operator carries out the annual planning for the LNG Cargoes Unloading (LNG Cargoes Unloading Annual Plan), where the scheduling of LNG Cargoes Unloading during a Year is taking place. Within the framework of the LNG Cargoes Unloading Annual Planning procedure, the Users submit to the Operator LNG Cargoes Unloading Annual Nominations (LNG Annual Nomination), according to the provisions of the article 82 of the Network Code. Only Users registered to the NNGS Users Registry, as per article 13 of the Law, are entitled to submit LNG Annual Nominations to the Operator, regardless if they have entered into an LNG Agreement with the Operator.
For the good, reliable, secure and cost effective operation of the LNG Facility, the Operator carries out the monthly planning for the LNG Cargoes Unloading (LNG Cargoes Unloading Montlhy Plan), where the scheduling of the LNG Cargoes Unloading during the immediately following Month (Month M) and for the next two Months (Months M+1 and M+2) respectively, is taking place. Only the LNG Users have the right to participate in the LNG Cargoes Unloading Monthly Planning procedure.
